Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Prime Tours & Transfers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking our services or using our website you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Service scope

We provide private transportation and transfer services operating from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) to the available zones and hotels shown on our website at booking time. Excursions sold on our site are operated by us or trusted partners.

2) Booking & payment

  • All bookings are completed online via our booking page.
  • Payment is taken at checkout using approved methods (card/PayPal via Paddle, or USDT on TRC20/ERC20).
  • Your reservation is confirmed once payment is authorized or, for crypto, once on-chain confirmation is received.

3) Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate flight details, pickup time, hotel and contact information.
  • Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. Waiting time policies may apply.

4) Changes & cancellations

You may cancel your transfers or excursions at any time. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy: cancellations made before 24 hours of the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund; cancellations made within 24 hours (including same-day) are non-refundable.

5) No-show policy

No-shows (failure to appear without prior notice) are charged at 100% of the booking amount.

6) Service disruptions

We may modify or cancel a service due to safety, extreme weather, or events beyond our control. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

7) Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, flight changes, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability shall not exceed the price paid for the affected service.

8) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1) Data we collect

  • Contact & booking data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, hotel, flight details, dates.
  • Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers (Paddle, PayPal, crypto gateway). We do not store full card details.
  • Technical data: cookies, device/browser info to improve site performance (where applicable).

2) How we use data

  • Process bookings, payments and customer support.
  • Send reservation confirmations and important service updates.
  • Improve our website and services, prevent fraud and ensure security.

3) Legal basis

We process data to perform the contract (your booking), comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service improvement. Where required, we obtain consent.

4) Sharing with third parties

We share data only with essential providers (payment processors, email and hosting services) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

5) Data retention

We keep booking and invoice records for the period required by law/tax authorities, then delete or anonymize them.

6) Your rights

  • Access, rectification, deletion, and portability where applicable.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal).

7) Security

We apply administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect data. Online payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers.

8) International transfers

Where data is transferred internationally by our providers, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs or equivalent).

Refund Policy

We aim to deliver reliable and punctual transportation and excursions. Please review our refund terms below.

1) Cancellation refunds (Transfers & Excursions)

  • Before 24 hours: eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Within 24 hours (including same-day): no refund.

2) No-show

No refunds for no-shows; the booking is charged at 100%.

3) Service cancelled by us

If we cancel for operational or safety reasons, you will receive a 100% refund.

4) Method & timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card/PayPal via Paddle or USDT wallet) within 5–10 business days. Crypto refunds are sent in USDT on the same network originally used (TRC20 or ERC20), net of network fees.
