Top notch professional, caring, and empathetic service. Our family traveled to Punta Cana for a family reunion and had to make last minute resort transfer bookings the night before departing the US. Luis was able to coordinate and accommodate the multiple transfers (due to multiple arrivals at different times) with grace, professionalism, and promptness all for a great price. His company’s service was actually better than the resorts. All of his drivers were polite and transported our various family members to and from our resort (at the end of our family reunion vacation) safely. We even booked his company’s services for a private excursion, which all of the family members who participated enjoyed. If/when any of us return to Punta Cana, his company is our first option for ground transportation. Prime tours is an excellent option to get individualized tours at the cost effective price. We were picked at the hotel and given the option to customize the tour based on our desires. I plan to contact them the next year when we return to Punta Cana.
