Modifications: You can modify your booking at no extra cost if done at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or excursion start time.
Cancellations & refunds:
- More than 24 hours before service: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before service or no-show: no refund.
Refund method:
- Card (Paddle): refund to the original payment method (bank processing times may apply).
- USDT: refund in USDT to the same network used (TRC20/ERC20). Network fees are not refundable.
